Technical Partner
A team, not a project
Some work can't be written down as a fixed scope up front. When the roadmap will keep changing, you need a team rather than a quote — starting from nothing, or from whatever you already have running.
- No fixed end scope
- A full team, or steady support
- Design and engineering in one team
You keep the context, not just the capacity
A few months into any product, the expensive part is rarely the code. It's the re-explaining — why the data model looks like that, which edge case broke last quarter, what was already tried and rejected. That knowledge sits with whoever has been doing the work.
So we stay — either as a team we build around your product, or as a fixed number of hours every month. The same team either way, and it grows when the work needs it. We bring a point of view about what to build next, and we will tell you when we think something is a bad idea.
- We help decide what's worth building, not just build it
- Weekly demos while work is running, not status meetings
- Your repo, your infrastructure, your IP — always
What a partnership looks like
Two shapes, depending on how much your product needs right now. We'll say which one we think fits on the call.
A dedicated team
We put a technical team around your product and run it day to day — design, engineering, infrastructure. It grows with the product, and if it needs a role we don't already cover, we hire for it. You get the whole function without assembling it yourself.
Ongoing support
A fixed number of hours every month, spent keeping your product healthy: fixes, maintenance, and the steady improvements that never make it onto a roadmap.
Either way it is the same team throughout, design and engineering together, working in your repositories and your accounts.
Staff Augmentation vs Technical Partner
This is not staff augmentation. We don't place developers into your team and bill by the hour — we bring a team that owns the product's design and engineering together.
We take on a small number of these partnerships at a time. That is what makes the continuity real — the same people, still on your product, a year in.
Products we've built
Several of these are still in our hands months and years after launch. That's the arrangement this page describes.

How We Scope and Price
The size of the team sets the figure.
- A dedicated team: one figure per month, set by the size of the team
- Ongoing support: one figure per month, set by the hours reserved
- Design, engineering and deployment inside both
- Your repo, your infrastructure, your IP — always
