We needed to develop a mobile app for executives to track their progress on coaching goals, a web app for collecting feedback from raters, and a backend system to power both. The solution required seamless integration across platforms to provide real-time feedback, progress tracking, and personalized reminders to support positive behavioral change. Ensuring data security and privacy was also essential due to the sensitive nature of the information.
